Meet Grace
From the UK to California, USA,
A movement practice rooted in growth, connection, and care.
Grace has spent over a decade in the Health and Wellbeing space and is guided by curiosity, growth, and a genuine passion for helping others feel strong, mobile, and more at ease in their bodies.
Beginning her career teaching Pilates in the UK, she soon expanded into Personal Training and functional movement.
Her approach is grounded in the core principles of stability, breath, and mindful control.
With a coaching style centred on connection and care Grace blends deep listening with tailored, practical support to help clients move with confidence and freedom.
Currently based in the South Bay, Los Angeles, Grace offers 1:1 Stretch Therapy, Pilates, and Personal Training across Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and South Redondo.
Sessions are hands-on, supportive, and fully personalized and are designed to release tension, build strength, and restore balance to the body.
Whether through mindful Strength Training, Pilates, or Assisted Stretching, Grace takes an empathetic, education-based approach, helping every client feel Happier, Healthier and more at ease in their body.
