Movement-Based Bodywork

STRETCH • RESTORE • BREATHE

Movement-Based Bodywork is a private, hands-on session that combines Assisted Stretching, Fascial Release, Joint Mobilisation, and movement insight to help your body function better — not just feel looser.

Each session is tailored to your individual movement patterns, posture, training habits, and areas of tension.

This is not a one-size-fits-all stretch.

It is thoughtful, ongoing care designed to:

Improve posture
• Reduce recurring pain
• Support mobility
• Optimize how your body moves day to day

Whether you are tight from training, feeling the effects of desk work, or simply wanting to care for your body more intentionally, these sessions meet you where you are ; and help you move forward with more ease.

You’ll lie back, breathe deeply, and be guided through movements that feel calm and restorative — while we address the underlying patterns contributing to tension.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned — with practical insight to support your progress between sessions.

  • What if your bodywork session could be both deeply effective and truly calming?

With expertise in Personal Training, Pilates, and anatomy, Grace brings a thoughtful, intuitive approach to every session.

Grace takes time to listen and understand your body and your goals, then tailors the work to meet you where you are.

Each session is supportive, restorative, and designed to release tension, improve mobility, and help you feel lighter, freer, and more connected to yourself.

  • Wear sports or activewear — something breathable, comfortable, and stretchy that allows your body to move freely. Think yoga clothes or gym wear.

  • You’ll lie fully clothed on a treatment table while Grace gently guides your body through a series of assisted stretches, joint movements, and releases.

Sessions are hands-on and completely tailored to how your body is feeling that day.

  • Each session lasts 50 minutes, giving us enough time to work through your whole body with intention and care.

  • Not exactly. While Stretch Therapy includes hands-on work, it's more focused on movement and mobility rather than muscle kneading.

Clients often say it feels both restorative and invigorating.

  • Absolutely not. Stretch Therapy is for all bodies. Whether you're tight from training, stiff from sitting, or feeling out of balance, sessions are adapted to your starting point.

  • This depends on your goals. For general maintenance, once a week or bi-weekly works well.

If you’re addressing a specific issue, more regular sessions may be recommended initially.
