I’m a Pilates instructor, Stretch Therapist, and Personal Trainer based in the South Bay.
For me, movement is about feeling connected, capable, and confident in your body. Over the years, I’ve learned that the most powerful changes come when we build from the inside out — finding stability, cultivating strength, and embracing stretch.

Stability is where it all begins — it’s about balance, posture, and awareness. It’s what helps you stand taller, relax your shoulders, and move through life with a sense of ease and quiet confidence.
I first discovered the power of Pilates while studying at university. I was stressed and searching for a physical outlet to decompress. From my very first class, I experienced a new way of moving — one that made me feel strong from the inside out. I also noticed that Pilates was the perfect antidote to a busy mind; its precise movements anchor your attention in the moment.
Through years of teaching, I’ve created classes that meet you where you are while encouraging you to grow. Sessions that give you space to notice your body, connect to your breath, and build a stable foundation.
In my Pilates sessions in Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach, we focus on connecting breath, alignment, and control so your body feels supported in every movement — ultimately helping you move through life with greater fulfilment and ease.

I began my strength training journey in a budget gym with a friend who showed me the ropes. We chatted, lifted, laughed — and I was hooked. I loved seeing what my body could do, and it turned out to be much more than I’d imagined.
Strength training taught me respect for my body — a trust that I am strong and capable. It’s given me resilience that extends far beyond the gym.
Through personalized strength sessions, I help clients build functional, sustainable strength — not just for workouts, but for everyday life. My goal is to empower you to show up for yourself, move confidently, and feel capable through all seasons of life.
